I purchased the Jim Bowie a couple of weeks ago and I am thoroughly impressed. I have been smoking brisket on a stick burner for many years. I have to tell you that I will no longer need to spend hours tending to a fire and cutting wood. I used the wifi app to set my temperatures and times and let the thing roll. I stayed in the house and watched the temperature of the pit and meat and did not need to go outside to do anything. It was so cool to watch the temperature automatically change.
